We recently completed a custom Tesla Wall Connector installation for a second-floor condo unit—an exciting project that combined technical precision with homeowner coordination.

Our team began by preparing and submitting all required documentation, including detailed plans and HOA approval forms. Once we received authorization to proceed, we identified a critical safety issue: the existing Federal Pacific Electric (FPE) panel, which is under recall and would not pass city inspection. At the client's request, we upgraded the system to a Smart Leviton Electrical Panel featuring a Whole Home Energy Monitor, providing not only compliance but also energy tracking capabilities for the entire residence.

With the panel upgrade complete, we moved forward with trenching and pouring the foundation for the EV charger’s pedestal. We then installed the electrical conduit and carefully routed the wiring from the newly installed panel to the pedestal, where we completed the charger installation and connection.
